Can I vote twice? Once how I hope it turns out, and once how I think it will?
I’m kind of stunned that so many people are so ridiculously deluded as to think that they’ll actually leave it legal. I hope for all our sakes that they do, but from watching the hearing most of the justices seemed disinclined to preserve our rights.
Hopeful, but trying to stay realistic.
How about strike it down, but in order to further “preserve the sanctity of marriage”, they outlaw divorce? And, while we’re at it, throw a $100k fine for anyone caught cheating.
Sadly, I doubt they’ll over turn it, but I am hopeful that a counter measure will pass effectively doing the same thing.
