How are you adjusting yourselves or your kids to the end of Daylight Saving Time? (Or how did you adjust if you’re in part of the world that changed the clocks last week?) Do you shift bedtimes all at once, or gradually over a few days? Is it harder on you or them?
I have to say, setting the clocks back always makes me feel virtuous for a day, when I can say I’m getting up earlier than I usually do. Doesn’t last long, though.
