The fifth season in fact kicks off with a big ol’ parenting scene. After a fantasy introduction in which Jenny imagines her thinly fictionalized screenplay, we find ourselves at a nursery school interview with Tina and Bette. Yes, something to which all of us can relate? Or can we? Let’s just say parental life in West Hollywood is a bit different from what you and I are likely to experience. Later, we see the power exes playing with their daughter in the pool. A touching scene of motherhood, or just a vehicle to get the two together with Tina in a bikini?
