Updated: Judge Vaughn Walker has just denied a stay in his marriage equality ruling of August 4, but kept a temporary stay in place until 5 p.m. August 18.

she wont be able to defend prop 8 because shes not one of the plaintiffs and the case will be settled before she would even take office
She just lost the election anyway-her flip floppng on illegal immigration and now this seals her doom. This man/woman will not be able to buy her way out of this!
