I’m very excited to be on this panel with Stacey Stevenson, CEO of Family Equality, and Melanie Willingham-Jaggers, interim executive director of GLSEN, to help prepare parents, educators, and allies for the upcoming school year. We’ll be moderated by Scott Malone, senior vice president of Macquarie, an Out Leadership member company.
After a year of distance learning for tens of millions of students, working parents have lots of questions but not many answers as we shift back to in-person learning but watch COVID rates rise in many areas. During the webinar, we will explore how LGBTQ families in particular are navigating an unprecedented back-to-school season. We’ll also look at how employers can support their LGBTQ employees in this. I’m sure it will be an informative and entertaining discussion.
