WNBA star and U.S. Olympian Parker and Russian Olympian Petrakova are already raising two children. They announced their new addition on their fourth anniversary yesterday, saying on Instagram, “Mama and Mommy are switching from man-2-man to zone defense this spring!”—which should resonate for any family where the kids outnumber the parents.
They delightfully continue the basketball theme, reporting, “The rookie will join our current roster consisting of a shooter, point forward, rebounder, and little Tikes rim attacker!”
Parker currently plays for the Las Vegas Aces, having left the Chicago Sky earlier this year so that she could be at home for Petrakova and their kids.
