Veteran marketer and entrepreneur Jim Joseph has written a heartfelt and readable memoir about coming out as gay after being married to a woman and having two kids. He ultimately settles down with another man, and his kids thrive. As insightful as the book is about coming out after having kids, it also offers much food for thought about how men are often unfairly disparaged as caregivers, despite their skill at it, and about finding work-life balance.
